Our last guests loved the house so much they stayed for three years!
This large, bright and livable Craftsman is newly built and sports ocean views from the main living area and primary bedroom. This well-built home is for those who appreciate fine craftsmanship and open concept living, a welcoming layout for your new favorite beach home. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. The linens and towels are the quality you deserve.
Enjoy a book by the fire. The back deck of the kitchen is a lovely place for morning coffee. Watch the sunset from the living room or plan a hike from the front deck. The fully fenced backyard is private and exclusively yours. Enjoy looking across the expanse of the California State Marine Preserve a block away.
When you are not out hiking, biking or watching the waves on the beautiful Central Coast, premium cable is a bonus and high speed internet a must. We have both.
The Fiscalini Ranch is perfect for an afternoon stroll. Walk the bluff trail and enjoy whales, dolphins and the beauty of the jagged coastline. Hike the trails through the pines. If you venture out of the neighborhood, walk to the point at San Simeon and look back towards Cambria or north to Pedras Blancas. Visit the expansive beach of Park Hill. If you are a cyclist, just ask. We willl share our favorite routes.
Across the Pacific Coast Highway is Cambria proper with restaurants and great shops, all a mere 5 minutes away. Don't leave without a chocolate croissant from the French Bakery!
