Positive: My friends and I had an incredible weekend stay at this cabin! Liz and George are the most wonderful hosts and are so so easy to work with. The home is within a 10 minute walk to Lake Gregory, which has a beautiful 40-minute trail walk around, and an easy walk or drive to the amazing local market, restaurants, and antique stores. There is ample space to sleep with 4 bedrooms, spacious beds, and a room with 2 bunkbeds for a fun little sleepover; even the couches & recliners upstairs are comfy enough to sleep in, with plenty of pillows and comfy blankets. There are multiple balconies with gorgeous views out to the trees, set up with chairs, tables and some lovely wind chimes. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate, we were able to find all of the tools we needed to cook through the trip. The bathrooms are clean, updated, and stocked, and the heater was an added bonus. The Wi-Fi and TV were straightforward, and for analog entertainment we really enjoyed the pool table downstairs. The neighborhood and home felt close enough to others to be safe & calm, but still our own bubble of privacy and no issues with outside noise. Overall I can confidently say our group had an incredible time at this cabin - its aesthetic beauty, functionality, character, accessibility, and amenities made it a very special stay and I know we would all jump at the chance to visit again!
