The top floor is a primary suite with a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a balcony overlooking the nearby mountains, Peloton room, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower/separate bathtub, and two sinks. Downstairs is an open floor plan with a kitchen that flows into a living room with a large couch and dining area. There is an additional front room with a piano and a queen-size sofa bed. Adjacent to the front room are two large bedrooms that have a shared bathroom. One bedroom currently has a bunk bed. The second room currently has a crib that can be converted to a toddler bed and also has a day bed that pulls out to a queen-size bed. The house is perfect for inside/outside living. There is a BBQ and outdoor dinning area that seats 10 people comfortably and a large backyard for playing and entertaining. WIFI and all utilities are included and there is an EV charger next to the driveway.
