The main living area has a large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with large granite counter and seating for up to 8 guests, and two decks overlooking the panoramic ocean view. Close to the airport, UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Bacara, the new first-class ice skating rink, and more, the house is located in the residential West Village of Isla Vista. It is just a few doors away from the West Campus Bluff Trail, which is a segment of the California Coastal Trail. This segment runs from the western edge of Isla Vista to Coal Oil Point Reserve in Santa Barbara County. The West Campus Bluffs is being restored to its original natural habitat.
