And, the location will have you close to the attractions and amenities you need and want. The nearest winery is less than a mile away with Healdsburg and the wineries of Napa being a short drive. Restaurants and breweries are within minutes. Armstrong Redwoods, Bodega Bay and other outside adventures are nearby too.

The Space:
You’ll have your own parking space next to the stairs that lead up to this one bedroom unit above the main house garage.
When you enter you’ll be welcomed by a complimentary bottle of wine from the host’s own winery, Hermosillo Family Wines. Their current vintage includes a rosé (elegant & balanced) and a pinot noir (full-bodied & complex). Both are delicious and one will be handpicked for you. Enjoy!
The LIVING ROOM sofa (which can be folded out into a twin-size bed) is comfortably arranged around a fireplace and a wall-mounted TV. There’s also a work desk and chair to get your work done.
The KITCHEN is stocked with the amenities you’ll need to prepare wonderful meals for yourself and others. Pots, pans, dishes and utensils are all here. Counter seating for you to enjoy your own cooking, takeout or delivery.
The BEDROOM has a queen bed with comfortable bedding and plenty of closet/dresser space. Another desk and work chair in this room will allow you to get away from others if you need to get some work done.
The BATHROOM has a full shower and a WASHER/DRYER are available for your convenience.
At the bottom of the stairs is a small PATIO with an umbrella-covered table for you to enjoy dinner, read a book, or just get some fresh air.
