We do not allow pets in this rental.
We are not local to the area, however we are in town about 25% of the time. When possibile, we like to meet our guests, but only if it's convenient. We have local maintenance people available to assist if you need anything during your trip.
Located about 10min to Anna Maria Island and beaches or 2 minute walk to the amazing GT Brey park, featuring basketball, frisbee golf, skate park, pickle ball courts, softball/baseball fields, hiking and more. You will feel the Floridian lifestyle immediately upon arrival!
You will have access to the entire home and backyard. The backyard area, pool, chairs, and grill may be shared if there are guests staying in the 4BR main house.

This area is so convenient! Avoid the beach traffic by staying a few miles inland. We are about 6 miles to the beach, which is a short drive down Cortez Rd or Manatee Ave. It's usually about a 10 minute drive when not in heavy traffic.
This house is situated about 1 mile between Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, which both offer ample restaurants, convenient, grocery, pharmacy, and hardware stores. Walmart, Target (Q2 2023), Publix, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreens and Home Depot are all between 1-3 miles away.
