A smart Bosch built-in coffee machine, Miele steam oven and a Miele warming drawer are also included with a standing smart Sharp Microwave.
There are two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs in the over 1800 square feet of living space. One of the bedrooms downstairs is a hybrid - it could be either a formal living space or a 3rd bedroom, depending on the tenant's preference. The home boasts wood flooring throughout the downstairs. All windows are triple paned. The upstairs main bedroom includes its own balcony and fireplace. Ample walk-in closet space, built-in table with lighted vanity mirror, dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.
