All the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, large bathroom with a huge shower, a separate soaking tub, a large walk-in closet with plenty of drawers for clothes, and a very large patio off of the bedroom to relax after a long day.
Bonus room located upstairs is perfect to use as an extra tv room, office or sleeping area. The couch pulls out into a single bed. The large laundry room is also upstairs with a sink and brand new GE units.
Two additional bedrooms upstairs, all with walk-in closets. Both are furnished with Queen sized beds. One has a desk for remote work. The second bathroom is upstairs with double sinks, and a separate shower/toilet area.
Backyard/Patio
-There is a private patio with seating off of the Master suite. There is a covered patio in the backyard with seating for four and an outdoor firepit.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, garage, patio, and backyard.
Other things to note
No parties. The home is professionally cleaned in between each stay and that cost is passed on to the guest via the cleaning fee (this fee is actually only a percentage of what the cleaners charge me). If the home requires additional cleaning for parties or for inside smoking, I will charge a $500 fee. Please respect the tenant who is in the separate and locked off space that is attached to the house.
