Wow! What a great home for a Colorado Vacation! Large 2,995 sq ft full round log home located next to one of the best fishing lakes in Pagosa Springs. Great views from all of the decks and plenty of room for multiple families to get together and also have plenty of room to hang out separately. Wolf Creek Ski Basin is nearby for some of the best powder in the nation.
The main level is on the second floor with deck stairs to the front entrance, or you can go through the 2 car garage and up the inside stairs. On the main level, you have a great living room with fantastic views and 2 glass doors to the deck where you can enjoy meals or quiet morning coffee. The living room has both a wood burning fireplace and a gas stove. The living area has a pull out couch for an extra bed and the couch area has a wall mounted TV. There is a 2nd dining area in this room just off the kitchen. The master bedroom is located on this floor with a sitting area, TV, and private deck with lounge chairs. The master bath is a shared bathroom for this floor. The kitchen is large enough for all the chefs to hang out and is fully stocked, along with a bar stool area next to the kitchen dining area. A deck with a gas grill is just off the kitchen.
Upstairs from the main level, you will find 2 queen bedrooms, 1 full split bathroom, a laundry room and a loft with a pool table that overlooks the living room, another wood fireplace and another TV. Other games are stored in this area.
Downstairs from the main level area are 2 more rooms and 1 full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has 3 twin beds with TV and Wii. Perfect for the kids. There is a 2nd laundry area on this floor as well as the 2 car garage.
This home is just a stones throw from Lake Hatcher and the Turkey Springs Trail system. It is located in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association. The PLPOA has a state of the art exercise facility, indoor pool, hot tub and can provide fishing licenses for the lakes (all with fees).
