From the street, a fenced entry leads through a landscaped front yard and walkway to the front door. There is a small seating area at the entrance, and through a large front window you can see straight through the home to the backyard, giving an immediate sense of light and openness.
Inside, the home is well designed with high ceilings throughout and a layout that makes excellent use of every room. To the left of the entry is the open living and kitchen area. The living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, modern appliances, and a dining table that seats six.
