What We Love
Make your way to this newly-built luxury villa located off I-80. This sunlit and sumptuous getaway offers space for your entire group, all conveniently close to the snow and lakes at Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Donner lake, and Soda Springs. Charming gold rush towns like Colfax, Grassy Valley, and Nevada City are also fun spots to visit.
Prepare memorable meals in one of the two the large, well-equipped kitchens with high-end stainless steel appliances (including a smart refrigerator) and plenty of counter seating at the oversize islands. Step outside, fire up the built-in gas grill, and dine alfresco on the covered and furnished deck - the perfect spot to breathe in the fresh Sierra Mountains air.
Back inside, the open and spacious floor plan boasts a vaulted ceiling, lots of large windows, and comfortable furnishings including a plush sectional in the living area where you can recline and watch TV. Upstairs, the kid-friendly bunk room includes a foosball table for when you're craving a little friendly competition. Additional options for fun and relaxation are found out back including two fire pits and a soothing hot tub.
This property also offers an EV charger on the driveway, a private washer/dryer, and seasonal access to a community pool in the summer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
