The crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean and unforgettable sunsets await just a few hundred feet across the street. Light, bright and airy, this newly remodeled home offers water views from every room. The huge roof deck affords a 365-degree all-around view from the third floor. From one of the two primary bedrooms, the second-floor primary bedroom steps out onto a waterfront view deck, which covers the full width of the home. You will find all rooms extraordinarily spacious and the home and kitchen equipped with all items needed for a perfect vacation.
The building is located on a quiet neighborhood block of North Mission Beach, yet is only a short walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, and countless rental equipment rental shops. You will be able to enjoy miles of walking and biking along the waterfront.
