Upon entry, you step into the two-story living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of your private backyard and pool area. This very spacious living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa as well as a wide-screen TV.
Just off the living room, you will find two cozy conversation areas. One area features four comfortable chairs and a low table, perfect for after-dinner cocktails or family game nights. The other area off the kitchen has two deep club chairs separated by a reading lamp, with a view of the kitchen or of the backyard. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee.
The updated kitchen offers white cabinets, quartz countertops, a large stainless refrigerator, two ovens, an electric cooktop, a high-powered microwave, a new dishwasher, and a farmhouse porcelain sink. New fixtures keep the kitchen bright and inviting. The center island seats three, while the large dining table seats eight. The beach path is conveniently located just steps from the backyard, with a less than 2-minute walk to the beach.
