Watch the surf from almost every room. This is a spectacular setting for a remote work location or a great place to take a relaxing break with relative isolation from crowds. This ground level unit has an expansive patio overlooking the ocean only steps from the beach. Wake up to the morning lineup of surfers as you drink your coffee, eat lunch on the patio while you watch the mid-day race of porpoises chasing mackerel and wind down your day in the comfortable Adirondack chairs with glass of wine while you watch the beautiful sunset on the ocean. Enjoy the fireplace before going to sleep, peacefully listening to the sound of the surf and breathing the fresh ocean air.
This excellent location provides ready access to quiet beaches away from the hustle and bustle, but still walking distance to the boardwalk, pier, shopping and restaurants. Coronado Island, Naval base and extensive hiking/biking trails are nearby. This beach home is Wi-Fi equipped with multi-outlet/USB stations in every room. The main living area and master bedroom are air conditioned.
This home has a large “cook’s” kitchen that is fully equipped with high end appliances. You should have everything you need to prepare that special family meal or gourmet dinner for up to 8 people. Our family has designed and outfitted our kitchen to support our desire to prepare homemade meals in style but certainly there are plenty of options for pickup or dine-in restaurants nearby.
Our home has its own washer and dryer, and comfortably sleeps 6. The unit includes one carport parking space. Additional free street parking available on a first come basis.
The living room is equipped with a large LED television - DirectTV, Netflix, UTube, HBOmax and Prime. Multi-socket and multi-USB panels are provided in every room for your convenience. There is a gorgeous functioning fireplace with gas service. A Laser printer and a mobile USB screen are provided to foster an excellent work location for effective zoom and other remote teleconferences. The whole family has the option to work or play with great flexibility and options, inside and out.
The spacious Master bedroom/bathroom is equipped with a Honduran mahogany king bed with top-of-the-line Sattva mattress, down comforter and Supina cotton linens, 2 nightstands, and custom made maple closets. The master bath includes a large spacious shower with multiple shower heads and plenty of hot water. The guest rooms are furnished with queen beds and nightstand with matching custom maple closets. The guest bedrooms are joined by a Jack-n-Jill bath room with bathtub/shower and vanity. All rooms contain bedside lights with alarm clock, USB sockets/wireless chargers.
For any PokemonGo players, this location allows access to 3 pokestops and 1 Gym from the comfort of your living room (see photo). Fantastic for battling the gym, raiding, filling the item bag, increasing your catch count and leveling up. Spawn rate is super.
