It’s honestly the best view in the city. 2 miles from the beach and 3 miles from UCSB- You are surrounded by wildlife, the patio has an attached outdoor kitchen for entertaining guests or just enjoying family sunsets together. This property helps create lasting memories. *please note I am staying on the property as well but you will have plenty of privacy*
