This home is 3,295 sq. ft. 46acres it features 3bd and 3bath two living room areas tow large TV's 65inch and 55inch, Hi-speed satellite Internet, Good cellphone signal, We are only 25 minutes away from Sequoia National Park, Lake Kaweah is next-door and downtown Three Rivers is 8 minutes. Please understand this house is on a hill, there is wildlife around the property. You may encounter Eagles, Falcons, deers, bears, snakes, rodents, rabbits and etc. Children must be supervised at all times when going outside. Perfect for those that like to explore, go on hikes and so forth. It is a beautiful place to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset, and see the valley floor and all the bright lights. You can see all the stars from here it is absolutely beautiful and relaxing blessings to all.

Guest are expected to put dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the washer before departure. All trash should be in trashbags left in the garage we will dispose of the trash.

Tenant/Guest understands and is aware that this is a home on a hill out in the country hillside, where they may encounter mice, bugs, wildlife, deers, bobcats, mountain lions, bears, snakes and etc. Please make sure to keep doors and windows closed at all times, to prevent mice from coming in the house. If garage door is left open or doors are left open mice will come in the house along with other insects. Please make sure to keep windows and doors closed at all times thank you. We do our best to keep everything in order, we do have pest control come once a month but please do your part as well, thank you.
