These have both been consistently rated as two of the top courses in Arizona. Quick access to and from I-60. It is only 35 minutes from Phoenix/Gilbert/Scottsdale entertainment. Travertine, stone, and hardwood floors throughout. High ceilings and an open floorplan maximize the views! Pewter fixtures, slab granite, vessel sinks, built-in closets, wine fridge, top of the line fixtures and more. French doors open to the master retreat, with a private veranda overlooking the Superstition Mountains. Heated pool/spa, built-in BBQ, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, and observation deck. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. There is a fourth bedroom that could be used that is located in the casita type area in the lower level /basement of the house, complete with a full bathroom, though small and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and refrigerator, however it is currently under renovation and is not available at this time.
