This 3-bed/2 bath home is a single story with no stairs. Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom has King Bed, 50” TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed & 43” TV. Bedroom 3: Queen size bed & 43” TV. The hall bath has double vanity with tub/shower.
The living room is large with 75" Smart TV, electric fireplace and VIEWS!
There is a garage game room with a bar, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, poker table and dart board.
Outdoor Areas:
The large outdoor space (3 Acres) provides multiple areas for
relaxing, entertaining and beautiful Paso Robles hilltop views. Step through sliding doors that open out to the front patio with seating for 6 or enjoy your time in the hot tub (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival). It sits in a private nook behind the house. The swimming pool 14' x 26' x 4'6" deep and is located in a private fully fenced area behind the house that is accessible through the game room french doors. The pool is not heated. The side of the home is set up for a fun game of corn hole! There isa gas fire pit in the outdoor dining table as well as a gas grill for BBQ.

There are absolutely no PARTIES or EVENTS allowed at this home. Parties or events or more than the maximum number of guests will result in a $500 fine There is a 10 pm City of Paso Robles quiet time ordinance that can result in fines for both guests and owners.

This home is NOT pet friendly. There are NO pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be asked to leave as well as incur a Five Hundred dollar fine.
