This unique lake house is designed to showcase the incredible outdoor views of Lake Elsinore, the Santa Ana Mountains, and the beautiful sunsets. The entire lake house offers complete privacy with no neighbors on either side. The property is fully fenced for kids and pets to roam worry-free. Only 20 min from Temecula’s wine region and 45 min to the beautiful beaches of Orange County. Fishing, swimming, kayaking - all the lake has to offer - exists right here at the Peaceful Paradise Lake House.

SUITABILITY:
25+ age limit or family group.
The City of Lake Elsinore and the owner of the property permit a maximum of 10 adults (12 persons total).
No smoking or vaping inside the house. There is a strict city ordinance of no parties, no events, no large gatherings, and no excessive noise allowed.
Parking is allowed within the property's boundaries only. Parking is located in the front of the house by backing in or pulling in perpendicular to the house (6+ spots) and in the gated driveway (3 additional parking spots).

Please note that the sleeper sofa is very comfortable and the new 4.5 inch memory foam queen mattress is comfortable and high quality, yet it is not like the ultra-luxury 14+ inch premier mattress in other bedrooms. The twin bunk bed mattresses in the lower game room are also very comfortable and recommend for kids (the top bunk is only accessible for kids.
THINGS TO KNOW:
The property consists of three (3) living spaces that make up this 4 bedroom 2 bath 7-bed private lake compound. The compound is fully gated and connects through multiple entrances.

1) The Main Level is approx. 1100 sq. ft with floor to ceiling windows and french doors that open up to a very large patio/deck that walks out toward the lake. The Main Level has a formal dining room (sits 8+, full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and all the amenities desired (including another table for 4). There are 2 bedrooms on this level both having ultra-luxury queen beds, A/C, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and heat. There is 1 full bathroom with an extra-large extra-deep soaking tub. The large living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 75 inch Smart TV, large floor to ceiling windows and french doors with views of the lake, mountains, and sunsets.
The large patio/deck has 180 degree views of the lake, the mountains, the sunsets and wildlife. This area has seating for all 12 guests. The patio includes a 6 person dining table and chairs, 7 lounge chairs, a gas patio heater, and Weber gas grill.
2) The Guest Casita is a few steps down from the Main Level with its own entrances either through the large sliding glass patio doors off its own private deck/patio or the keyless entry driveway entrance. This space is approximately 240 sq. ft with its own private patio/deck overlooking the lake. Inside the Casita is an ultra-luxury King size bed, seating area for 2+, A/C, heat, ceiling fan, and Smart TV.
3) The Lower Level is only a few steps below the Guest Casita and just below the Main Level with its own entrance through the keyless entry front door. This area is approx. 450 sq. feet with a large bedroom with another ultra-luxury king size bed, Smart TV, views of the lake, and a private 1/2 bath. Outside the bedroom is the lower level living room, kids play area, bunk beds, laundry (washer/dryer), and lower level shower. This area has a mini-refrigerator, bar-top table with stools that face the lake and large lower patio that walks out into the yard and fire pit.
The large lower patio area has seating for all 12+ guests, patio couches, chairs, and some of the most comfortable and popular swinging egg chairs. The entire lower patio is shaded.
The yard is just past the lower patio where an outdoor large fire pit can be enjoyed lakeside. The sunsets, stars, and lake make for a peaceful calm setting.
♦ PET POLICY:
Pets are allowed (2 max) and must be disclosed prior to arrival. There is no added room/stay charge for each pets, yet there is an additional $100 cleaning fee. This fee ensures the property is cleaned according to the highest standards for future guests.
