This is a desert retreat nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the sought after Catalina Foothills. The home is very convenient to several grocery stores, small malls and good restaurants and outdoor activities.

You will experience 180 degree views with the nearby Santa Catalina Mountains to the North, a distant ridge to the East and undeveloped desert to the South.
