Our house, Maple Tree House, is a 3-bedroom home featuring an open layout, big windows throughout the living space, and a lush garden with a variety of fruit trees.

*Sleeping Spaces*
Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with queen size Casper Original mattress, side chair, dresser, bedside table with lamp on each side of the bed, and closet. This room has a private slider to very small deck that leads to the back yard.
Bedroom 2: Full size bed with traditional box spring mattress, room darkening shades, dresser and small touch-controlled task lamp with USB charging ports. A dedicated workspace complete with comfortable chair and desk.
Bedroom 3: Full size bed with Lucid plush memory foam mattress, two side tables with integrated charging stations in the back, dresser, floor lamp, desk, chair and large closet for storing your luggage.
*Bathroom*
Full-size bathroom featuring walk-in shower, bamboo stool and marble tiled walls. Double talavera sink vanity gives you space for all your personal items.
*Kitchen*
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your next gathering, complete with non-stick pots/pans, sharp knife set, silicone and wood cooking utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, gas stove/oven, full size refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, toaster, blender, wine glasses, stemless outdoor wine glasses, coffee cups, tall glasses and serving ware. Salt, pepper, assorted spices, and oil and vegetable oil are available. Coffee bar has a FlexBrew machine for k-cups and drip coffee, hot water kettle and french press. Ground coffee, sugar, sugar substitute, creamer, and various flavors of k-cups are provided for you.
*Living Room & Dining Room*
Designed especially for families and groups to gather and relax comfortably throughout the entire home, the living room and dining room open up to each other. A large sectional, recliner and side chair offers amble seating to watch tv or play a board game together. The living room has a 65” Samsung Smart TV with links to major streaming platforms so you can sign in with your credentials.. The dining room features a large wood table that comfortably seats six, a crystal chandelier with a dimmer, plus a built-in buffet with dedicated lighting, which is optimal for family-style dinners.
*Office Workspace*
If you have to spend a few minutes or a few hours working, utilize the fast wifi and a dedicated large desk with Lazy-Boy adjustable chair, located at the end of the kitchen with amble outdoor lighting from two big windows. Monitor, keyboard and mouse are available.
*Backyard*
This beautiful home offers multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors. Large private backyard with propane grill and two sets of bistro seating - one under the gorgeous orange tree and one in the courtyard. The backyard has a good-size lawn plus a variety of fruit trees. While there is a nice size yard that wraps around the house for you to enjoy, please note that part of the yard is currently dirt.
*Family Amenities*
Assortment of board games, puzzles, books and a basketball hoop. Children's plates, cups and utensils. Infant bathtub on site as well.
*Other Things to Note*
Our home is over 75 years old - please be forgiving of squeaky floors, creaky doors, noisy plumbing and other imperfections that make our home unique.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to entire home except an Owner/Cleaner's Closet, located directly across from the bathroom, and the garage. We have a smart lock on the front door. You will receive an email from us closer to your arrival date which will detail your access code to the house and a few directions.
CHECKOUT: Upon checkout, we ask that you turn off all the lights, lock all windows and doors, and be sure to collect all your personal belongs. That's it!
MUST CLIMB STAIRS: Please note that there are 4-5 stairs with no handrails at each entrance into the house.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two cameras onsite. One security camera on the front of the home (over the garage) and one on the west side of the house in the yard facing the side yard gate.
