Welcome to our home, originally an Avacado ranch farm house the home is set on a large lot with ample off street parking and outdoor space. Enclosed and fenced back yard perfect for petsand younger children. Experience working with families relocated due to insurance claims and travelling guests. Recently remodeled the home has new appliances, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, floors and heating and air conditioning. Very close to all the city amenities but with the feeling of been in the countryside we hope you enjoy your stay at our house. This is a great, quiet safe neighborhood. It is close to parks, surrounded by the Santa Monica Mountains which is home to several hiking trails! The Beach is a stone throw away and freeway access is less than 5 minutes away! If you are a biker, there are a lot of biking trails as well. This can be your home away from home.
