Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a larger groups or families looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. The modern home can sleep up to 10 guests. Each bedroom features plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with plenty of linens and towels for your group.
From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you are driving in, there is plenty of on-street parking.
Things To Note:
Pets (up to 25 pounds) are welcome with a fee of $250 per stay. Any extra dog is a $100 fee.

Located in the heart of Mid-City, this space is right where you want to stay for your New Orleans vacation! 4 blocks from the Canal Blv. Streetcar Line, 10 minutes from the French Quarter and the Superdome, and minutes from some of the cities best eats! We recommend Pizza Dominica, Katies Restaurant & Bar, & Willie Mae's, just to name a few!
You're 4 blocks from the Canal Streetcar line, which will take you right into downtown. It's $1.25 per ride, $3 for a 1 day Jazzy Pass, and $9 for a 3 day Jazzy Pass. We always recommend using Uber and Lyft to get around the city at night.
PARKING- There are two dedicated spots for the unit in the driveway. The neighbor to the left is very picky about parking and will have you towed if you park in front of that home on the left. The parking spot is just too small to allow cars to park in the driveway with a car parked there. Street parking is also available just in front, and further down the road.
STRICT NO LOCAL POLICY- Please note that we do not rent out to locals due to guests hosting unwarrented events, parties. Anyone who is 50 miles away is considered a local.
