This is our very cherished home that we frequent around our renter visits.
Our pristine home offers you a quiet and friendly community located at the West end of Donner Lake, Truckee, 10 minutes below the Sugar Bowl Ski Resort. The interior of the home provides a warm welcome with new and updated furnishings and
attention to detail. Enjoy the living room with a gas fireplace (plus heater), flat screen TV and stereo. The kitchen is updated and is fully equipped. The bathroom is also updated, has a tub/shower and a heated floor.
The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted and have high quality mattresses ( 1 King room and a twin bedroom upstairs).
One queen bedroom is downstairs/area rug.
Summer allows for access to the charming bunk house with a queen bed.
This desirable West end location is a 5-minute walk to the shuttle service to area resorts and a 10-minute drive to the quaint town of Truckee (loaded with shops and restaurants). It's a 10-minute drive up the back summit to the Sugar Bowl Ski Resort. It's a 20 minute drive to North Star, Alpine and Palisades ski resorts. Tahoe City is a 30-minute drive.
