The living room has a 50” television and the bedroom features a 43” television. The separate kitchen/living area includes a full-sized refrigerator, four-burner range, dishwasher, over the range microwave with convection oven, quartz countertops, and a washer/dryer. Additional small appliances and amenities include cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, kitchen table with two chairs, and a rug. Dishes, cups, cutlery, and coffee filters are provided. Guests have exclusive use of the private patio behind the cottage, but do not have access to the main patio (owner's usage only).
