San Clemente is an hour from Los Angeles, an hour from San Diego and about 30 minutes from Disneyland, Legoland, and many other attractions. Each summer tourists escape the heat in the quaint beach city with a free summer trolley, outlet shopping and many boutiques and restaurants. Close by are the tourist destinations of Dana Point with a harbor and boats to nearby Catalina Island and Laguna Beach with art events and galleries.
Our home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a den with a futon that makes a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower, internet, a wood burning fireplace, inside laundry and private garden with fruit trees and flowers including a patio for outside dining. Walking and biking trails are nearby. Enjoy ocean views with beautiful sunsets in a quiet neighborhood.
