The space
Private entrance at left side of home. One full size bedroom with closets. One pull out queen size bed in living room. Hi speed wifi enabled. TV with Firestick in the living room. Full kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, Keurig & coffee pods, and stove/oven - pots/pans/wine glasses included in this full kitchen. Full bath has a tub/shower.
This unit can sleep a max of 4 persons (this does includes infants). Due to city ordinance no more than 2 Guest vehicles are allowed.
I live in the upstairs portion of the home which is completely separate from the guest unit. You have your own entrance.
We respect our neighbors privacy and comfort. Parties are not allowed.
Due to the location in the woods - smoking is allowed outside only and you must use a device to contain any hot ash or embers to avoid starting a wildfire :)

Other things to note
Snow plow arrives early in the winter. On heavy snow days we all will be required to move the cars to ensure you can exit the driveway.
Tahoe water is 99% pure - No need for bottled water
The driveway can be icy! Please wear appropriate shoes in winter and be careful
