Home is a split level, and guests get exclusive use of entire upstairs including full kitchen, master bedroom, (queen + twin), ensuite bathroom, shower, and guest bathroom, dining area (seats six), and living room with day bed (twin) and a fold-out futon (double). Guests also get exclusive use of the front door and guest bathroom.
Host lives downstairs in a fully contained unit and does not come upstairs without advance notice.
The property is in the city of Tracy, within walking distance to shops and sits on three-quarters of an acre. On the property there is half an acre of orchard with over 50 fruit trees offering something for every season.
Backyard, orchard, garage and laundry are shared with host.
A large master suite with full bathroom (shower) ensuite, and two Japanese tatami beds with futon mattresses. They are firm yet comfortable unless you are used to a soft bed.
