The kitchen opens to the family room with a down-filled couch and 65" television. The family room opens to a laundry room, full downstairs bathroom, and an office. From the family room, you can also access a three-car garage.
The backyard has a covered patio, dining area, built-in BBQ, grassy area with artificial grass, seating area, and a gated pool and spa. The pool can be heated to 78 degrees during the spring, summer, and fall for an additional fee. You may use the heat on the spa year round without a fee. The pool and spa are both newly renovated a stacked stone fall featuring three waterspouts offering a tranquility feeling.
Upstairs you will find a spacious primary suite with vaulted ceilings. The California king bed has a new, highly rated foam mattress that will ensure a good night's rest. The French doors in the primary bedroom open to a 200 sq. ft. patio with a bistro set that's perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Need a quick work-out? Our primary bedroom also boats an elliptical for your cardio workout. Within the primary bedroom, you will find a desk, walk-in closet and spacious master bathroom. The master bathroom features a glass countertop with two sinks and beautiful fixtures. There is a large shower that offers a pebble floor, modern tile walls, and a full-body shower system.
Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a full bathroom featuring a glass tile tub/shower combo, a Carrara marble countertop with sink, and penny tile flooring. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom closest to the primary has a crib and twin bed with a comfortable foam mattress. Next you will find a bedroom with bunk beds, and finally a room with a full bed and twin bed, both featuring pillow top mattresses.
