Enjoy this unique Art Deco/Spanish style 1926 house. This unit was constructed in last 5 years. Only one of two bedrooms & baths now finished, but everything you need is here, as it is my permanent home.
Hillside home is sunny and quiet. Use limo golf cart to get around. Washer/dryer and full deck on upper floor for relaxed meals or drinks. Fish, swim, hike, kayak or just putter. The one cat is very shy but easy to feed —dry good twice a day and water. She will hide under the bed!
