THE OUTDOOR SPACES
Breathtaking are the views from this back yard. The entire home is completely enclosed for privacy. The backyard is very Palm Springs-chic with views of the San Jacinto Mountains. There are 6 chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that flank the salt water pool, which features waterfalls, an integrated tanning shelf, custom spa and 2 Frontgate pool floats. The large covered patio brings many indoor amenities outside, including an outdoor eating area and conversation area were you will spend long nights sipping martinis with your Family and friends.
You and your friends will enjoy the half court basketball court and a Joola ping pong table under the shade of the covered patio.
THE LIVING SPACES
Built as a desert escape, this home has an open floor plan that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The great room provides an impressive yet welcoming space to spend time with your entire group. You’ll find inside dining for your whole family, a fireside lounging area with plenty of seating and a flat screen web TV (Roku - bring your own logins!). The kitchen has been completely remodeled with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
Like an upscale boutique hotel, all of the 3 king bedrooms feature Cozy Earth luxury linens, hospitality-quality mattresses, impressive flat screen televisions and ample storage. Each room is flooded with light, high ceilings and a mid century flair. Floor to ceiling sliders reveal the panoramic views of the mountains, pool & yard.
THE LOCAL AREA:
The location of this home is close to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and theaters. It is in a great walking neighborhood and close to multiple hiking trails including the famous "Bump and Grind." Rancho Mirage is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the desert. This stunning home is located on a quiet street and is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, 20 minutes from the Palm Springs airport and minutes from restaurants, nightlife, shopping and all that Palm Springs has to offer.
In addition, you are only a 5 minute drive from the world famous El Paseo shopping district and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. If you're a bargain hunter, Cabazon outlet mall is only 25 minutes away. Or, get away form it all and explore the Salton Sea (30 minutes away) or Joshua Tree National Park (45 minutes away)!

RENTAL RULES
It is our priority to make your stay at our home as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. The city has ordinances that all guests are required to follow. No music or amplified sound is allowed outside at any time. There is a desert wide 10:00 curfew for STR homes where no one is allowed to be in the back yard after 10:00 pm. Occupancy rates for a 3 bedroom house is 6 people. Primary renter needs to be 30 years of age. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted per household at any given time and all cars must be parked in the driveway or garage. No Street parking. No events or parties are permitted. $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the city for breaches of any Ordinances. These are the city laws and we expect our renters to abide by them and provide the utmost of respect to the property and to the neighbors.
