SeaWorld, Point Loma’s Liberty Station, and many more of the greater San Diego’s world famous attractions are within easy access to the freeways.
This single-level, two-bedroom, two-bath, 921 sq. ft. home offers a large grassy front and back yard - with a beach décor oriented back deck patio with places to lounge. A barbecue and table for dining al fresco make it a great place anytime you wish to rest, recharge, or reconnect with yourself and/or others. If you're sandy from the beach, this home has an outdoor shower and a full-size washer/dryer, so you can get back to relaxing in no time.
A great room with colorful beach accents greets you as you open the door. The living room area has a large comfortable seating cluster from which you can enjoy a smart TV. A dining area and a remodeled kitchen are also a part of the great room where everyone can easily be together. The kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - all you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. A fun, beach-chic queen primary bedroom with a ceiling fan is a perfect haven when you wish to have some privacy, take a nap, or read or catch up on your screen time. The fireplace in the living room is not for guest use.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
