Clean and inviting, it features a huge yard and a private seasonal dock—ideal for outdoor fun and river access. All just a 7-minute drive from downtown Guerneville!

- Seasonal Dock **(2025 will have a smaller dock avail for use, but no boats due to a dam break late 2024. All houses /docks impacted along the lower Russian River

- Dining area - Large table, perfect for meals & Game Nights w/ a wall of windows & a door leading to fabulous patio, yard & River!
