Just a small summer stroll down to the famous Bluesapalooza, Reggae Fest, Oktoberfest, and Jazz festival, literally, you just can't beat the location.
Take a small skip down the hill to catch a free shuttle service to one of the most amazing mountains in California, Mammoth Mountain for an epic day on the slopes or downhill bike ride.
If you don't like to drive in snow, don't worry we have free transportation! it will take you down to the local grocery or forget cooking, your on vacation, let it take you to one of our fantastic eateries around town... :)
During the summer months grab the Trolley for an epic adventure! Head on down to the stunning Devils Postpile National Monument and the stunningly beautiful Rainbow Falls.

Ski in or ski out from the top of Tyrol lane, that's right, SKI there, as long as we have snow, you can take off from the ramp at the top of the hill.
In the Summer, Spring or fall months take a nice stroll through the woods as the colors change. Jump on the bike path located right behind the unit which takes you up to Twin Lakes, Horseshoe, Lake Mary or listen to the mountains call and hit the most notorious hiking trails in California. the JMT and PCT are just the places to go explore.
This condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms in a very quiet area of Tyrolean Village, right off Kelly Rd.
The first floor consists of a large master suit with private sink, full size bathroom and separate sink area at the end of the hall for the two additional rooms to its left. One room consists of two twin beds, the other with a new queen size tempurpedic guaranteeing a great night of sleep.
The main floor, upstairs is cozy and relaxing with a new wood stove, perfect for stormy nights and cold weather. Enjoy watching T.V with an open floor plan, a fire going and a gorgeous large sectional couch for the entire family to sit and enjoy the comforts of home in one of the most desirable mountains towns in California.
A large kitchen fully equipped for long stays, dining area for family dinners, laundry room and full bathroom with shower are all part of the upstairs.

Please note, that this is not a newer condo, it has a lot of original features, mainly the kitchen. Everything is in working order minus a heater that is scheduled for repair in the downstairs bathroom.
