Note, the hot tub is not available for heating. Our home is perfect for your retreat or getaway!
3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms are available for guests. 2 rooms are locked for storage and garage is not accessible for use. The driveway can fit up to 2 vehicles and we allow 1 vehicle for street parking.

Hot tub is not available for heating but can be used as a small pool for kids.

We require a waiver and release of liability form to be signed for the use of the pool and trampoline.
The property is equipped with exterior cameras for security when the property is vacant and for safety purposes. These cameras are not monitored during your stay unless there is a noise complaint from neighbors or if guests request us to check the footage. We respect all privacy laws.
For your convenience, we provide an initial stock of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and propane for the BBQ. After this initial supply, guests will need to replenish these items themselves.
Please note that we need to have all the registered vehicles that will be on-site. This is a requirement from the City of Rocklin. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
