The location of this property is great for its convenience . 'Only 10 minutes to the French Quarter and easy access to highways, Tulane Ave, and a moderate walk to the Superdome! Guests have access to the entire property with a fenced-in backyard and heated pool perfect for family outings, or just enjoying the sun in a private setting. The Rochblave Retreat has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 4 rooms have private bathrooms; the 5th bathroom located in the downstairs hallway , directly in front of the only bedroom w/out a private bathroom. The space includes a 2-3 car private drive, front porch, a heated pool, relaxing covered patio, with an outdoor living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony in the Master bedroom, along with a king sized bed and a day bed with two twin beds. The Master bathroom has a beautiful bathtub, separate shower stand up shower and its own walk in closet.
Guests are welcome to bring their vehicles, with a two car driveway and street parking. Guests are also encouraged to travel by using ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft. Chauffeur and Cab services are also available.
