A lovely quiet super-clean furnished 3bd/2ba home suitable for "Long & Short Term Stays" on a private .23 acre cul-de-sac lot within a 5 minute drive to UCSB, beaches, shops, theaters and the SB Airport. It's an 8 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara and the Harbor. We are 1 block from the bicycle path leading to beaches and UCSB.
Gourmet kitchen with large extra eating area has granite counter-tops, marble floors and Thermidor gas stove. Main bathroom has soaker tub/shower and ensuite bath has large tiled shower, recirculating hot water and heated floors. Home has central air conditioning, gas fireplace in living room and gas fire pit in backyard to enjoy the dark starry evenings.
Kitchen has a RO (reverse osmosis) drinking water filtration system, filtered ice maker, a Keurig coffee & latte maker (20+ pods supplied), drip coffee, French Press and all the appliances, dishes, pots, pans and utensils you will need to create your at-home meals.
A natural gas BBQ is ready to enhance your culinary skills. Also included is high speed internet. Just bring your toothbrush as everything you need is available.
Access to the house includes living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an additional locked room with the cleaners supplies, towels, sheets, bedding, etc & owner's personal belongings that will not be available. There is shared access to the adjacent laundry room with washer and dryer just outside the locked back door.
The home is on a 1/4 acre pie-shaped lot and you are welcome to use the fenced backyard with patio table/chairs and fire-pit. My wife and I stay in an ADU cottage on the back corner of the property when we are not visiting grand children so we are available to assist with any needs. This is a quiet family-oriented neighborhood so no groups, parties or drugs. No smoking in the house or on the property.
Please be advised that the comfort and privacy of you (our guests) are of the utmost importance.

Parking available for 1 car on the driveway plus added non-restricted street parking.
1 or 2 dogs are welcome if house broken and not left alone or unsupervised. Please pick-up after your pet.
