Sequoia/ Kings Canyon National Park is 54 miles away, and Yosemite is a nice day trip.
The house comfortably sleeps six. If there are 7 or 8 guests, rollaway cots will be provided ($25 per person per night, two nights minimum).

The house was designed and built by your hosts in 2013. The three-bedroom, two-bath guest house is located on property that has been in our family for generations.
Danish teak furnishings, bamboo flooring, and recessed lighting give the house a simple yet modern feel. The space is decorated with water lily prints, artifacts picked up on our travels, and local art.
The galley kitchen is equipped with:

• gas stove/oven
• dishwasher

• coffee maker
• electric kettle
The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and is furnished with a queen bed. A favorite feature in the primary bathroom is the soaking tub. The other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and share a second bathroom. Each bathroom has a blow dryer.
THE OUTSIDE SPACE
The house is located in the Sanger river bottom, known for its peacefulness and beautiful scenery. Our ponds play host to a variety of wildlife including fish, insects, frogs, beavers, waterfowl, hawks and eagles. In the late spring, splashes of vibrant color dot our ponds as water lilies begin to bloom.
A stone’s throw from the house, sheep, goats, and cows graze in the pasture. Feel free to visit the hen house and collect eggs for your morning breakfast.
Though it seems you are far from civilization, Starbucks, restaurants, and groceries are only a few miles away.
Your unplugged retreat is long overdue....

GUEST ACCESS
- The front/back yard and the deck attached to the house is your private space. The rest of the property (except for the deck/pergola near the tiny houses) is a shared space with other guests.
- There are tiny houses 150 feet from the Farm House and a tiny house near the barn. Please do not disturb occupants.

PLEASE READ
• We're the first to admit that farm living is not for everyone. Our guests tend to beeasy-going, adventurous & have a genuine interest in small family farms. Our listing description is long and detailed so potential guests can determine if our place is a good fit. It is the guest's responsibility to read the description & ask questions.
• Although we clean thoroughly between guests, due to the rural environment, bugs and dust may be present. This is part of the charm of country living! Please don’t stay here if you are bothered by bugs/spiders and spiderwebs. Spiders are not bad. Spiders hunt for agricultural pests, like aphids, moths and beetles, which helps property owners reduce the use of chemical pesticides. Keep doors closed to minimize bugs.
• The house is on a working farm so you may see us working nearby. There may be animal sounds and smells during your stay.
• There is no Wifi on the property.
• Conserve energy and adjust the a/c if you will be gone for most of the day. It cools off in the evenings so raise the temperature before retiring or you'll get too cold. In the warmer months (May - Sept), we do not provide extra blankets.
• Fire Pit - Use caution and make sure to turn off the propane tank before retiring for the night.
• There is a one mile drive down a dirt/gravel road to get to the property. Speed limit is 10 mph. Drive carefully, especially at night.
• Cancellation and Changes - Choose your dates carefully. We are unable to make changes once the reservation is booked. We follow AirBnB's strict cancellation policy.

HOUSE RULES
REQUESTING A RESERVATION indicates you have read and understood the entire listing (including Other Things to Note) and that you and your traveling companions agree to comply with the House Rules.
1. Number of guests on reservation, including children/infants, must be accurate. The maximum number of infants we can accommodate is one. When booking, list the names of everyone staying at the property (include ages of children). Contact us 24 hours before arrival if guest list changes as only registered guests are allowed on the property. Bringing additional guests without our consent will trigger a $100 per person fee.
2. Although we welcome families, the guest house is not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times, especially outside near the grill, fire pit, and around animals. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when entering the fenced pond area.
3. No smoking/vaping inside or near the house. No candles inside the house.
4. No animals /pets.
5. The Farm House is on a septic line. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything besides toilet paper.
6. Be kind. Leave the house in the same condition in which you found it with dishes washed.
7. Food and drinks only allowed in the kitchen and dining room.
8. Turn the air conditioner/heater off when you leave the house. In the summer, it cools off in the evenings. Adjust the a/c before you go to bed or it will get too cold.
9. Bedding is not allowed outside.
10. Quiet hours on the deck are 10 pm - 8 am
11. Although we have no intention of entering the house during your stay, we reserve the right to do so if necessary.

THE TOWN OF SANGER
We live on the outskirts of Sanger, a small, farming town. You can find modern stores next to family restaurants and shops that have been in business for the greater part of the past century. Sanger is a close-knit, multi-cultural community, but like many rural areas, it can be a little scruffy around the edges.

SEQUOIA, KINGS CANYON AND YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARKS
Just a 54 mile drive away up Highway 180, the entrance to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks affords guests convenient access to hiking, fishing, birding, and backpacking opportunities within the parks.
Yosemite Valley in Yosemite National Park, one of the greatest natural wonders of the world, is just up Highway 41. Hike up to Bridalveil Falls, climb El Capitan, or backpack out of Tuolumne Meadows.
