POOL/JACUZZI:
The property has a pool and spa for guest use. Please note that WE DO NOT ALLOW/PROVIDE POOL HEATING. The pool is located in south side of the property and receives lot of direct sunlight. If the pool is intentionally or unintentionally heated during your stay, there will be a $500 fee. Please be aware of this when using the remote to turn on the spa.
PARKING:
- We offer free car parking on the property, no more than 4 cars are allowed..
- If you plan to bring any trailers/boat trailers, please talk to us before reserving.

We have a strict enforcement for the noise ordinance of 9:00pm for music and excessive noise, i.e, singing, shouting, music, etc, anything to disrupt neighbors at this hour.
We have a fine of $1000 for noise complaints during the quiet hours of 9:00pm - 7:00am. Please be mindful that this is countryside and noise travels far.
