Its very quiet location makes it even more enticing as it is close to one of the three newly renovated spas – one with breathtaking ocean views - the community pool, a clubhouse, and the gym. So many ways to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself or others, whether you stay within Ritz Point, or venture out into this prime location that showcases all the best that Southern California has to offer! A front deck offers you a furnished and comfortably upholstered outdoor seating and a barbecue – in the event that a quick barbecue lunch or dinner appeals to you. There is also another small deck for 2 - coffee or a glass of wine anyone? The upgraded 2nd story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1200 sq. ft. home greets you with sky-lights that make it light and bright, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV in the living room area of the great room. The living room also offers a twin sized pullout sofa for additional sleeping capacity. The dining room area has seating for 4, and there is also bar-stool seating in the kitchen so everyone can eat together inside. Outside access to your private deck from the living room and master bedroom ensures you can sit and enjoy the ocean breezes any time. The large gourmet kitchen with granite counters is the perfect place to prepare your own meals – just add food and friends or family and gather around the dining table that seats 4 for nourishment and merriment. Or, if you prefer, there are lots of restaurants featuring various cuisines nearby. There are two bedrooms - a master with a king bed and ensuite master bathroom featuring a shower-tub combo, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom is carpeted and decorated with refreshing beach decor and has a walk in closet and flat screen TV. This home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds, 5 with the twin pull out sofa, and 7 if you rent an airbed from SeaBreeze.
