RiverView at Trinity is a family/pet-friendly fishing cabin just steps from the Trinity River. Located on 3 acres, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin continues to be upgraded with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink, and dishwasher, along with a new couch for 2021.
RiverView is closer to the river than any home located on the Trinity. Check out those photos and imagine yourself enjoying a frosty beverage from the covered wrap-around deck, being serenaded to sleep by the rippling water, and catching trophy Salmon and Steelhead on the famous Trinity River!
The 2-story cabin has 3-bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs with the living room, kitchen, and 2nd bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom has a Queen bed, and there's space upstairs in the living room for a couple of kids to sleep on the couch or floor. RiverView has fast internet access, Dish Network TV, and you can log in to your own Netflix account for more content.
RiverView is family and pet-friendly! Your kids and pets will love running around the 3-acre property and playing in the river. Please note that due to the size of the house we limit pets to two in order to allow room for the humans. Due to the stair situation and the size of the home there is a 2 dog maximum at this property.
The property is monitored with video cameras from the shed facing the West side of the house and river to monitor river and weed levels. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOUSE.
