This home is perfectly designed for those lucky enough to be able to work from anywhere - book an extended stay, and enjoy all the Venice Beach area has to offer, and retreat back to the comforts of this expansive home.
The Space:
This home has a large upstairs living room, as well as a family room downstairs. On entry, you pass the family room and enter into the kitchen, which leads to the large backyard. The bedrooms upstairs, including the primary, are oversized. This is a perfect family home for your travels, as well as has plenty of space to work from home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

This property is in the Mar Vista neighborhood. It is beautiful, quiet and extremely family friendly. You are a less than five minute drive to vibrant Venice Beach and and 25 minutes to Beverly Hills.
Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
Other Things to Note:
Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
