Situated at a hilltop site with lake views from the Coconuts RV Resort on MM 7 of the Gravois Arm of Lake of the Ozarks, this RV has everything you need to camp in style and enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing the comforts of home!
You will be steps away from an amazing bar and grill restaurant, belly-up pool bars, water park and massive playground for the kids, boat and jet ski rentals, boat slips, and more! This 2018 RV is parked within a luxury resort that is gated and has spacious camp sites!
The RV comes stocked with fresh linens and towels plus too many amenities to list. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is stocked with basics such as pots/pans and cooking utensils. It also features an outdoor galley area with a gas grill, sink, small refrigerator, and plenty of prep space! Air conditioned and cozy on the inside, adventurous on the outside!
Camping is meant to be enjoyed outside, and we provide two zero-gravity camping chairs and a fire pit for you to enjoy the lake view with. There are two additional camping chairs available as well if you need them. There is ample room on the pad behind the RV to relax, and additional room on the side of the RV to expand into if you'd like.
The site has an umbrella that can be effortlessly rotated nearly 360 degrees and tilted to adjust to the sun. It can be rotated over the fire pit chairs or over the grilling station and spans a massive eleven feet! Includes built-in LED lighting for night-time use.
Sleeping accommodations are the following:
- One queen bed (sleeps two adults)
- One fold-out couch (sleeps one adult, perhaps two small children)
- One fold-down dinette (sleeps one adult or child)

It can be a hike to get to/from the bathrooms, showers, restaurant, bar, pool, lake, and stores (especially the hills). This listing includes a golf cart for you to use around the resort and pool areas. The cart is electric, seats four w/ seat belts, has USB chargers, a cooler under the front seats and has storage under the rear seats. The cart is parked at the pad and is exclusively yours to use during your stay at no extra charge.
This RV listing comes with the ability to charge your EV at no cost to you. There is a charge cable available capable of 9,600 W of charging capacity (40A @ 240V). It is a J1772 connector, so if you wish to charge a Tesla, you will need to supply your own J1722-to-Tesla adapter.
There is 100Mbit wifi available at this campsite.
The resort has 10'x40' boat slips for rent for $45/weekday and $55/weekend day, based on availability.
Bananas water park is $15/child/day. Adults 21 and over are free, but will need to pay the $15 fee to ride the water slides.
