A sectional sofa with hand selected designer fabrics adds softness and comfort in an otherwise formal room. Accent seating and beautifully sculpted cocktail table compete the look for this area. This is a room for hanging out with the family or entertaining with friends.

Due to the location and architectural layout of the home, the vision of this space is a comfortable 5 Star retreat. As the three huge pocket doors disappear into the wall, it’s difficult to determine whether you are indoors or out. With a beautifully landscaped vanishing edge saltwater pool and Jacuzzi in the distance, and gorgeous Spanish traditional tile surround the fireplace, this spot is the place to be used year-round. A custom designed floor to ceiling drapery will close off the space to block out the elements or if you are looking for some extra privacy. There is a large sectional sofa, along with oversized chairs and the console table has 4 additional hidden seats. A nine foot shuffleboard table sits behind the couch welcoming those with a bit of a competitive spirit. A ping pone table is also available in the garage.
Master Suite: Large master bedroom with built in smart TV, surround sound, DVD player, sliding doors with invisible screens that lead out to the Jacuzzi and saltwater pool. Exquisite ceiling to floor black out drapery when a good night sleep is needed or shear drapery when you want to smuggle up on the massage bed and read a book or watch one of your favorite movies.
