This peaceful mountain perch is an end unit and remarkably quiet even during Tahoe’s busiest holiday weekends. Entering the condo, you'll immediately appreciate the ample space to store your skis, boots, coats, and all your outdoor gear. The lower level features a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a second bedroom with 5 twin bunk beds. While the ladder to the upper bunks may be a bit challenging for younger guests, the three lower beds are easily accessible, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot to rest after a day of adventure. Head upstairs to the beautifully furnished living room where the open ceilings and large windows give you the feeling of being in a treehouse. Take in the views off the balcony or cozy up by the woodstove with a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the open floor plan ensures that everyone can spend quality time together. The dining table sits 6 and there are 2 more stools at the bar. The second full bathroom and the king bedroom are also on this level.
Alpine Meadows is a picturesque mountain community and a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts year-round. Lake Tahoe is only 7.5 miles away, where you’ll find public beaches, piers, lakeside trails, boat and kayak rentals. Hop on a bike and enjoy the many miles of paved trails in the area or challenge yourself with the amazing network of mountain bike trails. Join the Alpine Meadows horse stables for a guided horseback trip, float the Truckee River, lounge on the beach, hit the local farmers market and soak up the free music our Tahoe Community offers all summer. In the winter, choose from any of the nearby ski resorts, cross-county and snowshoe options, ice skating, or guided snow mobile tours. Centrally located between Tahoe City and Truckee, you’re a short drive from town where you’ll find plenty of local shops and quality dining options.
THINGS TO KNOW
• The BBQ shown in the photos has been removed due to short-term rental regulations. There is NO BBQ on the deck. Thanks for understanding.
• There is an exterior security camera at the front door.
• We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but we recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
• We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash although there could be some left behind from previous guests.
• We highly recommend 4 x 4, AWD or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
• There is no air conditioning in this rental.
• Guests are welcome to use any wood for the stove from the alcove outside the front door if available, although it is not provided as a part of the rental. Wood and fire starter can be purchased at most local markets or gas stations.

• Max Occupancy: 8 people 12 and older. Children under 12 are exempt from occupancy limits, but there is only sleeping accommodations for 9 including the twin bunks.
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. There is only 1 designated spot in front of the condo. Guest parking is available first come, first serve. There is no street parking at any time, including boats and trailers.
• Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM
• Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000 for violations of the STR ordinance.
