The beach is only 1.5 ml. by bike path!

This single level, modern home is only 5 minutes drive from Huntington Beach ! You can go to Newport beach and it only takes 10 minutes. We are 18 minutes from Phuoc Loc Tho (the Asian Mall on Bolsa). Many Vietnamese restaurants are about 11 minutes
Want upscale shopping to major department stores in Costa Mesa South Mall-it's 18 minutes and to Disneyland is also 18 minutes.
