POOL:
--Dimensions: 15'x30' at its widest/longest points, and 7 feet deep on one end and 3-4 feet on the other.
--The seasonal solar heating is weather dependent and usually runs April through October. When sunny, the water temperature ranges from 2-10 degrees above average day-time temperatures (this can be up to ~90 degrees at the peak of summer). Every night the pool will cool and reheat the next day, so if you would like to preserve more heat for morning swims, you should use the pool cover at night.
*Annex room does not have central A/C. Portable A/C unit available for this space with window venting.
**If staying with children, BE SURE to turn on door alarms going out to pool area. The property is considered safe for young children ONLY IF the door alarms are activated.
You will have full and sole access to the entire house and outdoor living areas including pool. Come and go as you please! Our house is equipped with electronic locks so you never have to worry about carrying keys.
This property is in a quiet neighborhood which is a plus and a minus. :) You will not be disturbed by loud music or busy streets, but similarly you cannot disturb neighbors with loud music or outdoor parties. The neighborhood is generally quiet by 9pm, so consider moving your summer evening activities inside by then to avoid complaints.
No smoking allowed anywhere on premises. No pets allowed. There are two security cameras looking at house entrance and one looking at pool equipment.
