Positive: Ocean view and deck was very nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies and extras like board games. Host rep checked in and was available if needed. Access to private beach. Beds were very comfortable. Remote and quiet.

Negative: Price was high, added over $200 for a cleaning fee but we were required to strip beds and pile towels and linens to be laundered. We expected to do our dishes and clean up after ourselves, but that was an unexpected communication after we made the non-refundable booking.
