Summary: Room 1003 was not to be expected. This room faced highway 8 and had noise issues. Heavy traffic nearly 24 hours. And all ice makers were not operating, there wasn't a microwave present. And lastly there must be clear language of "paid" parking on the property." Was not happy of the additional cost!
