Welcome to my family's Central Valley vacation home. It is located both in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of everything. it's on the roads last traveled and off the beaten paths.
As you enter the home you'll see that the living room is furnished with one huge sofa that seats five bottoms plus two ottoman to make it even cozier. The dining room table seats six people. comfortably and the kitchen dinette seats two. The first bedroom includes a full sized bed and two antique dressers. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk plus a twin trundle and a large dresser.
We welcome dogs and there’s plenty of secure outdoor space for them to enjoy. We also have plenty of board games, puzzles, books, a swimming pool, bicycles, anti-gravity chairs, an outdoor sofa swing, a hammock, droids, laser tag, a football net game, croquet, horse shoes and stakes, pickleball, and some crafts. The skate park is two blocks away.
I recommend taking the back roads from our house to/from your destination -- including Tim Bell Road, Claribel, Hickman Road, and Milnes Road.
Waterford is surrounded by rolling hills, farmland, and mountainous scenery. The Tuolumne River is a little more than 1/4 mile away where there is access for kayaking, fishing, and hiking. Waterford also offers convenient access to Modesto, Oakdale, and Turlock while maintaining a quiet, rural atmosphere. For many, this house offers a comfortable stay for friends and family.
Waterford is also a small, safe, and friendly community, making it an ideal spot as a home base for family vacations.
